Lynne's program works on a member for life idea; meaning that all her clients have the ability to buy one, or more investment properties with her continuous help and advise every step of the way.
Lynne charges a one time member for life fee
"This is not a get rich quite scheme, I work with my clients over a 10 year plan to help them invest in a property that will bring them peace of mind and financial security" Says Lynne

Lynne and her team developed the Coffee and Doughnut Theory as a metaphore for Lynne's program.
It is an idea that an investment property should follow in order to be successful.
A successful investment property is not in the doughnut's centre (the CBD), but on the doughnut's ring itself (close to the CBD but not in it). And if you can't get 3 cups of coffee within walking distance from the investment property then it may not be as successful as one that could.
